## Problem

Give the mean and variance of $\operatorname{Binomial}(n,p)$, $\operatorname{Poisson}(\lambda)$, $\operatorname{Exponential}(\lambda)$ under the rate parameterization, and $\mathcal{N}(\mu,\sigma^2)$. Then identify the distribution of a sum of independent Poisson variables.
